The Province of Cheshire welcomes you to this year’s Annual General Meeting, a slightly different format this year due to circumstances outside our control.
If you have booked a “brunch” it will be served at the Whitby Social Club, Dunkirk Lane, Chester Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 6QF.
Whitby social club the hall will not be open for general access until 10:45am.
A seating plan has been produced, see attached, so you will be directed to the serving position to collect your brunch and then directed to your appoint seat.
The brunch will be followed by the Annual General Meeting at Ellesmere Port Civic Hall, Civic Way, CH65 0AZ.
There is no transport laid on so please leave the Whitby club as soon as you can, you do not have to stay until the completion of the brunch, just make your way at any time down to the Civic Hall.
The meeting will commence for 1pm and you are asked to be seated by 12:30 pm.
There is a large car park outside the Civic Hall, which is pay and display.
